10 Years of Addis Fine Art: A Decade of Discovery
£55.00
Celebrating a decade of exhibitions, artists, and exchange, 10 Years of Addis Fine Art: A Decade of Discovery offers an in-depth look at the gallery’s journey from its founding in Addis Ababa to its international presence today. Bringing together essays, artist profiles, and archival highlights, the book explores modern and contemporary practices from Ethiopia and its diaspora across generations. Thoughtfully curated and richly illustrated, it is both a record of artistic discovery and a reflection on the evolving landscape of African art.
10 YEARS OF AFA
Launched in 2016 by Rakeb Sile and Mesai Haileleul, Addis Fine Art redefined how artists from Ethiopia, the Horn of Africa, and its diasporas are seen and celebrated on the world stage. This archive traces the gallery’s decade-long journey: a living record of the exhibitions, milestones, and defining moments that shaped the gallery’s vision and impact.
